This ruling is NOT final<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Although this ruling applies to certain cities in Miami-Dade County, it is not final.&nbsp;The case will now got to the Court of Appeals, a process that can take a very long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. This ruling does NOT apply to the entire state<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Only a decision by the Florida Supreme Court can affect red light camera tickets state-wide.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, this ruling only applies to Miami-Dade County, and only in certain cities within the County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among others, these cities include Aventura, Florida City, Homestead, Miami Gardens, North Miami Beach, Sweetwater, and West Miami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
