  1. Hey Sir,

So I need to know that in the state of Florida, failure to pay a Traffic cam ticket will result in suspension of your license? Apparently I had a traffic cam ticket I knew nothing about and now my license is suspended for failure to pay it, but all research I have seen has said that because the traffic cams are a 3rd party company thing that it would not effect my license.

  2. Are you able to help with speeding tickets in Illinois? I am 18, I was stopped going 95 in a 65mph zone on the express way I have a bond of $1,500 was caught with marijuana but was honest to the officer I was not charged or given any warning for possessing and being under the influence and the time I was stopped was around 1:15am I have one other ticket on my record for speeding as well but I missed the date to pay my ticket due to work I tried to open the case up again but again I missed the court date I have not tried to reopen the last case since I haven’t had time to is there any way to reduce the speed on the ticket or get lesser points to keep my license?

    • Hi Marc, thanks for your question. Unfortunately I am only licensed to practice in Florida so I cannot advise you on a speeding ticket in Illinois. However, you shouldn’t have a problem finding a local attorney who can help. Good luck!
